Margao: Even as chief minister Pramod Sawant told select media persons on Saturday that the state is preparing the case to win in the SC over Mahadayi water dispute, Goa Forward Party chief Vijai Sardesai questioned CM’s silence over state’s failure to oppose prayer of Karnataka to notify the award.
Sardesai tweeted “The case chronology and Goa’s arguments are well known, but what is not known is why Sr Counsel for state of #Goa didn’t oppose the prayer of Karnataka to notify the award of 14-08-2018 which has set in motion the disaster to follow for Goa! Why is @goacm not throwing light on this?”
