Panaji: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday left back for Delhi ending his overnight trip to the coastal state where he had arrived on a private visit.
Goa Pradesh Congress Committee President Amit Patkar said that Gandhi left for the national capital at around 10.50 am on Thursday from Manohar International Airport, Mopa in North Goa.
Patkar said that he was on a private visit.
Gandhi had arrived in Goa on Wednesday night after during which he met the party MLAs and Patkar.
Patkar said that though the visit was private, Gandhi also held discussions about upcoming Lok Sabha election, strengthening of the party and other political issues during his visit.
