Panaji: Netizens have began an online campaign on social media lobbying for boycott of all the restaurants co-owned by Varun Nayyar and his family, who is arrested in connection with raping a minor specially-abled girl child.
Meanwhile, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panaji have remanded 30-year-old accused for five more days of Police custody.
In the campaign launched on Facebook, the netizens have appealed the people to boycott visiting Delhi Darbar in Panaji and Calangute, Foodland in Miramar and Candolim and Moti Mahal in Panaji.
The questionmarks are also raised how the Delhi based hotelier has managed to grab important space in Panaji Residency run by Goa Tourism Development Corporation.
