Margao: Margao Municipal Council will set up two covid care centres at Fatorda and Margao respectively with all the facilities.
The meeting was held in Margao on Saturday to discuss the projects, which would be 25 bedded facilities with the provision of Oxygen supply.
Leader of Opposition Digambar Kamat, Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardesai and Curtorim MLA Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco were present for the meeting.
Chief Officer of Margao Municipal Council Agnel Fernandes and ME Diniz D’Mello were also present.
“Each 25 bedded facility will require beds, oxygen concentrators etc for which CSR help will also be sought,” Sardesai said.
He thanked Mr Sahil Barua CEO of Logistics Company – ‘Delhivery’ for donating 2 Oxygen Concentrators for the cause .
