Merces: It was miraculous escape for residents of a house located near Niyaz on the highway at Merces. A truck rammed into their house during mid night of Monday.
The truck which was coming from Bambolim towards Panaji rammed into the house before damaging two vehicles – a wagonR and a taxi.
None of the occupants were injured luckily even though the truck almost entered the structure.
Police have taken into custody, the truck driver while further investigation is in progress.
