Panaji : Mickky Pacheco has expressed his interest to contest the election “I can go to any constituency and convince people because I have maintained a clean, non-corrupt image” he said.
Speaking about which party ticket he is likely to contest he said ” Right now I am not in Congress but I have a background of Congress, in fact my whole family have been supporters of the party. I have kept my distance from congress as I am against some people who are in the party”
Speaking about the Congress’s political fiasco in ZP polls and the controversy surrounding GPCC President Girish on whether he will continue as the President or not he said “this is not the time to change the leadership. If he(Girish) is in trouble I am happy to help him. All the senior leaders don’t respect him because they feel they will get sidelined, they should act sincerely”
“People of Benaulim want me to contest the election” said Pacheco.
Speaking about Aam Aadmi Party he opined “AAP is spending a lot of money on publicity through electronic media, where are they getting these funds from? they should come clear on the source of their funds”
