Porvorim: Confirming that minister Mauvin Godinho has submitted a complaint to him about threat to kill through an audio by unidentified person, Speaker Ramesh Tawadkar said that the privilege committee will take up the matter once the accused is identified.
Tawadkar told reporters that the minister (Mauvin Godinho) has given a complaint asking it to be referred to privilege committee.
“The complaint is against the unknown person. Police have also been informed about the incident. Once police investigation is completed and we identify the person, then we can move it to the committee. I have not heard the audio,” he said.
“The police investigation has to identify the person,” the speaker added.
