Panaji: Mapusa Municipal Councilor Dr Nutan Bicholkar joined Bharatiya Janata Party in presence of Party’s Goa Unit President Sadanand Shet Tanavade and Deputy Speaker Joshua De Souza.
Tanavade said that Bicholkar was always having soft corner for Bharatiya Janata Party. She left Congress to join BJP.
He said that Bicholkar has been active in social field through various organizations.
