Panaji: Paying his rich tributes to late Manohar Parrikar on his birth anniversary today, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant termed him as architect of modern Goa.
In a tweet released in Konkani this morning, Chief Minister said “Tributes to the memories of Manohar Bhai, who has been architect of modern Goa, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.”
