Panaji: After being gheraoed by Congress workers, the Officer on Special Duty attached to Investment Promotion Board (IPB) Tulsidas Pai has filed police complaint against unknown crowd.
The complaint filed with Panaji police mentions that on October 22 at around 4.30 p.m. around 50 unknown accused persons formed unlawful assembly and criminally trespassed into his office and obstructed him while discharging his lawful duty.
He has also said that he was abused by them.
Congress workers had gheroaed Pai protesting against the alleged illegal meeting of the IPB which was chaired by Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar via video conferencing.
