Panaji: Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) today introduced an Online Consent Management and Monitoring System (OCMMS) developed by the Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF) and Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) for filing consent applications.
OCMMS is a web based Generic Application Software Package for automating the workflow associated with Consent Management and Monitoring System. The system allows the industries for the online submission of application for Consent to Establish (CTE)/Consent to Operate (CTO) and authorization for various categories of industries and facilities like waste management.
The system was launched by Industries Secretary IAS Sudhir Mahajan.
