Panaji: Giving further benefit to the beneficiaries of Griha Aadhar scheme of the Directorate of Women and Child Development, the government has announced to cover them under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojan (PMSBY).
PMSBY is an accident insurance cover upto Rs 2 lakh.
Government has said that Aadhar beneficiaries have to register for insurance cover under PMSBY in the Bank Branch where they are receiving monthly financial assistance of Rs. 1500 per month.
The insurance premium of Rs 12 per annum will be deducted this month.
