Fatorda: Goa Forward Party Chief Vijai Sardesai has said that the government has gone bankrupt to pickpocket govt staff to organize Republic Day function.
Sardesai was referring to the recent order by South Goa Collector Jyoti Kumari asking the permanent staff to contribute Rs 1,000 each for the organization of Republic Day function.
