Panaji: Goa on Tuesday reported135 fresh cases taking the total number of COVID-19 infections in the state to 247364.
As per the State Health Department’s bulletin, 135 new infections were reported on Tuesday taking the toll to 2,47,364.
As many as 104 patients were discharged from hospitals during the day on Tuesday, taking the count of recoveries to 2,42,739, while the death toll remained at 3,833 with no new deaths, the official said.
The state now has 792 active cases, he said.
At least 696 swab samples were tested on Tuesday, taking the total number of tests carried out in the state to 19,70,469.
