Panaji: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has said Goa is poised to become first digitally empowered state in the country.
“In continuation with our Prime Minister’s call for digital India, Goa today is very proud that we are going into a new era of IT by unveiling IT policy and ensuring that Goa enters the digital world,” Parrikar said.“As also e-governance is concerned, this will create lot of potential for youth to take advantage to get themselves employed as well as ensure that state becomes first digitally empowered state in the country,” he added.
