Panaji: In what could lead to political repercussions, former Panaji MLA Siddharth Kunkolienkar has began taking head-on Corporation of City of Panaji Mayor Uday Madkaikar through series of tweets.
After blaming him to be pretending to be BJP Mayor to get an appointment with his Mumbai counterpart, Kunkolienkar has now tweeted exposing pothole ridden roads in Mayor’s ward.
Madkaikar’s recent visit to Mumbai and meeting with Mayor of Mumbai has sparked discontent with Kunkolienkar.
“Now our #Panaji #Puppet #Mayor even fakes being @BJP4Goa Mayor and gets appointment with his countepart at @BJP4Maharashtra Mumbai,” Kunkolienkar tweeted.
Before that, Kunkolienkar tweeted “Will hon CM @DrPramodPSawant order enquiry into our #Panaji #Puppet #Mayor’s statement reg ODF Goa which is contrary to what CM informed Goan’s.”
The tweets did not stop and on Friday, Kunkolienkar tweeted “Thank You #TinyTots #preschool #students for taking the initiative of repairing pot holed road just outside their school at Bhatlem, Panaji in Hon Mayor’s Ward.”
