Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 100 and reached 56,371 on Friday , a health department official said.
The death toll touched 815 as two of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 54,657 with 60 of them getting discharged on Friday. The number of active cases is now 899, the official said.
“With 1,948 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 5,22,458,” he added.
