Panaji: Total 641 new cases of COVID-19 infection was reported in Goa on Wednesday, taking the total tally to 33,418.
The health department official said that 344 people were recovered on Wednesday, after which 28,125 people have been declared as recovered by the state government.
In all 2,018 samples were tested of which 641 were tested positive, he said.
In all nine people died on Wednesday taking the death toll to 428 in the coastal state.
