Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 562 and reached 63,342 on Tuesday, a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 853 as three of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 57,601 with 236 of them getting discharged on Tuesday. The number of active cases is now 4,888, the official said.
“With 2,504 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 5,77,121,” he added.
