Panaji: Total 536 new cases of COVID-19 infection was reported in Goa on Wednesday, taking the total tally to 29,879.
The health department official said that 395 people were recovered on Wednesday, after which 23,857 people have been declared as recovered by the state government.
In all 1,872 samples were tested of which 536 were tested positive, he said.
In all eight people died on Monday taking the death toll to 376 in the coastal state.
