Panaji: Goa Pradesh Congress Committee President Girish Chodankar has written to State Chief Secretary stating that the polling for Zilla Panchayat election cannot be held without redoing the process.
He also expressed fears that the state government is hurrying to hold ZP election putting the people at risk considering coronavirus outbreak in the state.
Chodankar also pointed out that Code of Conduct has not been withdrawn till now while all the machinery that was set up to monitor violation of code has gone defunct.
