Panaji: South Goa Member of Parliament Francisco Sardinha has said that the Congress party can bounce back in Goa because the people of the state have seen the development done by the party led governments in the past.
Sardinha said that the congress could not get the mandate during the recent election, may be, because the party failed somewhere. Talking about the split of votes, he said that the split was always there in Goa but despite that the party has won in the past.
