Bicholim: As per SDPO Bicholim Jivba Dalvi, on 05.02.2025, Sanjay Anant Hoble, a resident of Mulgao, Bicholim, lodged a complaint stating that an unknown accused had stolen his Activa 4G scooter bearing registration number GA-03-AK-5127 from his residence in Bicholim.
In connection with the case, Bicholim Police Station registered an FIR under Section 303(2) of BNS.
During the investigation, a team consisting of ASI Ramdas Tari, PC Dayesh Khandeparkar, and PC Vishal Parab traced the accused, Soriful Mondal (25), son of Saidur Mondal, a resident of West Bengal. The stolen Activa scooter GA-03-AK-5127 was recovered at Mayem, Bicholim, and the accused was placed under arrest.
Further investigation is in progress, led by ASI Ramdas Tari under the supervision of PI Bicholim Dinesh Gadekar and SDPO Bicholim Jivba Dalvi, with overall supervision by SP North Akshat Kaushal, IPS.
