Panaji: Goa Mahila Congress on Thursday demonstrated outside Goa Police Headquarters regarding the vulgar video clip posted through deputy chief minister Chandrakant Babu Kavlekar’s phone. Coutinho slammed government authorities saying, “Tarun Tejpal was arrested based on an email. In this case however, there is proof of a vulgar video being circulated but no arrest. Babu Kavelkar has alleged that his phone was hacked through which the video was sent but today the govt. machinery has completely failed because they cannot find out who hacked his phone.”
Pratima Coutinho also talked about the collapsed state of law and order in Goa, “Earlier an autistic child was raped and there was a murder at Margao moreover the drugs issue is also going out off hand.”
“This only Goes a long way to prove that BJP government has failed on all fronts,” Coutinho added.
Goans voted Congress and gave 17 MLAs to Congress and in return Congress gave 13 MLAs to BJP. Today’s BJP Government has more Congress MLAs than BJP MLAs. It is undeclared alliance before election to give winning Congress MLAs to BJP.
