Panaji: The assembly proceedings on Tuesday had to be stopped midway after Social Welfare minister Subhash Phal Desai felt uneasy during his speech in response to the demands for grants.
Fal Desai during his speech felt uneasy and sat on the chair, stopping his speech.
“I am getting palpitation, I think sugar is getting low,” the minister said before sitting on his chair, midway.
Other members rushed to his help.
