Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 80 and reached 1,72,763 on Wednesday, a health department official said.
The death toll touched 3,178 as one of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 168705 with 83 of them getting discharged on Wednesday. The number of active cases is now 880, the official said.
“With 5261 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 11,44,049,” he added.
