Panaji: On the eve of the 60th Liberation Day of Goa, Deputy Chief Minister Chandrakant (Babu) Kavelkar remembered the freedom fighters and extended greetings to the people of Goa.
“Goa is celebrating the Diamond jubilee anniversary of liberation on this 19th December 2020. Today we remember the contribution by the freedom fighters who laid down their lives during the great freedom struggle. We should also acknowledge the efforts by the post liberation leaders who did their best to build the Goa today. Today I wish good health and prosperity to all Goans on 60th Liberation Day wished the people of the state good health and prosperity,” Kavlekar stated.
