Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 61 and reached 54,932 on Saturday, a health department official said.
The death toll remained at 794 as none of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 53,540 with 50 of them getting discharged on Saturday. The number of active cases is now 598, the official said.
“With 1,588 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 4,92,143,” he added.
