Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 3,496 and reached 1,04,398 on Wednesday, a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 1,443 as 71 (seventy one ) of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 74,991 with 2192 of them getting discharged on Wednesday. The number of active cases is now 27,964, the official said.
“With 6769 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 6,82,841,” he added.
