Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 3,101 and reached 85,009 on Wednesday, a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 1,110 as twenty four of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 65,070 with 839 of them getting discharged on Wednesday. The number of active cases is now 18,829, the official said.
“With 8018 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 6,40,149,” he added.
