Panaji: Goa Pradesh Youth Congress Committee on Saturday distanced itself from the newly formed Revolutionary Indian organization.

GPYCC President Varad Mardolkar said that the Congress party has “guts” to take the issues through their own platforms rather than floating some other organizations.

Mardolkar said “We want to warn all those who are trying to use the name of Youth Congress to push forward their own personal agenda to immediately stop doing so.”

“We do not have any connection with the so called Revolutionary Indians nor it is our initiative. This clarification is issued due to various enquires and confusion in the minds of people,” he added.

He said that the Congress Party and all its frontal organisations work as per the policy and guidelines directed by the party.

“The party as well as the frontal organisations use our  respective platforms to address any issue.

We have no hidden agenda and our stand on various issues is declared in public.”

There is no question of supporting any third party organisation to push forward any agenda. We have the capacity and guts to take on the misdeeds of the government. We have shown it in our various past agitations raising and agitating on issues concerning the common man.
