World Council to Celebrate Gita Jayanti, Bajrang Dal’s Shaurya Yatra at Curchorem on December 8

Panaji: The World Hindu Council will celebrate Gita Jayanti and Bajrang Dal’s Shaurya Day every year. In 1992, on December 6, the historical event of Ayodhya took place.

World Hindu Council leader Mohan Amshekar said that this year, they are marking this day on December 8. The Bajrang Dal, a unit of the World Hindu Council, is a youth organization committed to fostering strength and discipline in society. Every year, Bajrang Dal conducts Shaurya Yatras across the country to promote these values and remember their historic struggle.

Bajrang Dal has always been a voice for Hindu society, raising issues related to faith and culture. In the upcoming yatra at Kundai, they will highlight Hindu unity and national integrity. Everyone is urged to participate and support this movement.

Details of the Program:

  1. The Shaurya Yatra will begin at 3:30 PM from the primary school premises and will proceed towards Kundai’s market area, ending at the statue of Dr. Balasaheb Ambedkar.
  2. The event will include a grand display of Bajrang Dal’s strength, speeches by prominent leaders, and cultural performances.
  3. The program will end with prayers, aarti, and other rituals to invoke the blessings of Lord Krishna and Arjuna, as done during the Mahabharata.

Special Notes for Participants:

  • Everyone is expected to uphold discipline and respect during the procession.
  • Banners, musical bands, and organized groups from villages are encouraged to participate.
  • Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal leaders will be present to guide the program.
