Panaji: Goa Forward Party Chief Vijai Sardesai on Sunday questioned state government’s hurry to declare Goa as COVID-19 free state.
Sardesai said that the state’s attempts to get itself tagged as “Green Zone” is questionable as virus is
“colour blind.”
The GFP chief tweeted “why is @goacm in a hurry to declare #Goa as #COVID free state, green or safe zone? 12 questions in today’s @oheraldogoa from me to Govt on behalf of concerned #Goemkars! Let us accept that the virus is colour blind and no amount of colour coding can do away with #CoronavirusPandemic.”
