Panaji: AAP Goa President Amit Palekar said that he would be contesting 2027 elections from St Cruz Assembly constituency.
“Nobody should have any doubt that I will not contest from St Cruz Constituency. Of course, I will contest from St Cruz constituency,” Palekar told reporters on Tuesday in his constituency.
He said that he wants to change the face of the constituency.
“St Cruz constituency has a curse that whoever gets elected here ignores the development of the constituency,” he said.
“I am blessed with whatever I need in my life, I have it. My sole intention of joining politics is to bring the change in the constituency,” he added.
