Margao: Fatorda MLA and Agriculture Minister Vijai Sardesai has taken Traffic Police to the task for their inaction over mini illegal truck terminus taking shape near Arlem circle.
The minister who was on his visit to the circle to check the craters developed on the road today expressed anguish over the illegal truck terminus, where the inter state goods trucks are lined up blocking the road.
The traffic police, who are on duty there, have been found taking no action against the trucks.
Sardesai in his tweet has said “Inspected Arlem circle which has developed craters on the road inconveniencing the common Goemkar and instructed PWD road division VI to repair all pot holes in the Fatorda within a week. Also have taken Traffic police to task for inaction at illegal mining truck terminus evolving in the area.”
