Panaji, 4 February 2026: Reinforcing the global World Cancer Day 2026 theme, United By Unique, Manipal Hospital Goa marked the occasion with a heartfelt cake-cutting ceremony dedicated to its cancer patients, celebrating their courage, resilience and inspiring journeys of hope.
The simple yet meaningful gesture was aimed at spreading positivity, hope and emotional support among patients undergoing cancer treatment. Doctors, nurses, hospital staff and caregivers joined the patients during the celebration, reinforcing the hospital’s commitment to compassionate and patient-centric care.
