Colva: The trouble seems to be mounting for Police sub inspector Vibhinav Shirodkar with a lady who accused him of asking her to lick his shoes moving to SPCA and another lady coming forward narrating her ordeal.
A woman who has filed a formal complaint against PSI Shirodkar at Margao police station has filed petition before State Police Complaint Authority (SPCA).
Shirodkar has already been moved out of Colva police station and shifted to reserves.
The complaint before SPCA mentions in detail about the incident and how he beat her up before asking to lick the shoes.
DySP Santosh Desai is currently investigating the complaint against Shirodkar.
As this complaint is yet to see its logical end, a local news channel (run by a newspaper group) has aired a video byte of a woman who narrated how the said PSI to help a non-Goan complainant snatched her phone and took it to the police station.
She has said that she had to move to the court to get the phone back and when it was given back, the entire phone was formatted.
