Panaji – The Tourism Minister is solely responsible for Covid Positive tourists coming to Goa. Today there are reports of another tourist found positive of Covid. This has given a clear cut indication that there is rise in Covid positive patients coming to Goa charged GPCC General Secretary Amarnath Panjikar.
The irresponsible act of the Tourism Minister to open the doors of Goa to tourists has now resulted in additional pressure being put on the health workers as well as the Police force in tracing these Covid infected tourists charged Amarnath Panjikar.
The Tourism Minister Manohar alias Babu Ajgaonkars “Mission 30% Commission” has compelled the Tourism Department to withhold certain amount of the Prize money of Carnaval float parades winners alleged GPCC General Secretary Amarnath Panjikar.
I urge the Hon’ble Governor Satya Pal Malik to take note of this corrupt Minister and instruct the Chief Minister to immediately release the money.
It is most unfortunate that the creative artists of Goa who have put in their best to win prizes during the Carnaval parade 2020 are deprived of their rightful prize money because of the greed of the most corrupt Tourism Minister Manohar alias Babu Ajgaonkar charged Amarnath Panjikar.
He further stated that many Tourists without Covid Negative Certificates are illegally entering into Goa and are provided shelter by the illegal hotels and home stay providers who are having blessings of the Tourism Minister. These hotels and home stays are not registered with the Tourism Department and government does not get any benefits from them. The influx of such tourists who may be infected with Covid will cause further damage to the rising graph of Covid patients in Goa.
We have consistently demanded that the most corrupt Tourism Minister must be sacked.
