Panaji: The Roll Observer will be available to the general public to receive representations, if any, during his third visit on 12/02/2026 at 10.30 am in the Conference Hall of the Collectorate North.
The Election Commission of India, New Delhi, has appointed Sandip Jacques, IAS, Secretary (Revenue), as the Electoral Roll Observer for Goa State during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026 of the Electoral Roll with reference to 01/01/2026 as the qualifying date.
Members of the general public may also approach the Roll Observer at his office located in Chamber No. 102, 2nd Floor, Secretariat, Porvorim, Bardez, Goa 403521, or contact him on landline numbers 0832 2419411 and 0832 2419620.
