Porvorim: Independent MLA Rohan Khaunte has said that the Town and Country Planning Department seeking comments on proposed Zone Changes amidst the pandemic was a dirty trick.
Khaunte tweeted “Seeking comments from 27th April on TCPs proposed zone changes is the height of hypocrisy. Does #GoaGovt expect people to concentrate on TCP zones in the midst of Covid deaths all around us. Or is this another of its dirty tricks?”
