Ponda: Ponda-based `Soul Healing’ would be holding a workshop on “effective understanding and managing depression” on October 27 at the clinic located at office no.203 2/f, Heritage Princess opp. A. J. De. Almeida High School, Ponda.
The aim objective of the workshop is to enable individuals understand the concept of depression, spread awareness and find effective coping strategies to deal with it.
The workshop is open for all population spectrum. Any individual above the age of 16 can attend the same.
The workshop would be conducted by Aditi Tendulkar (founder of Soul Healing, Psychotherapist), Amanda Fernandes (Clinical Psychologist, MPhil) and Ketaki Thanki (Wellness Counselor).
The workshop on 27th October 2019 will be conducted in Ponda Branch of Soul Healing. The same would be subsequently conducted in Margao.
The workshop would be conducted in two batches. Batch 1 – 10AM to 1PM and Batch 2 – 2PM to 5PM.
The fees for the workshop are Rs. 1500. Students can avail discount for Rs. 1300. Prior registrations and payment is required to secure your seat.
