Panaji: A team of officials from Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday arrived in Goa in connection with the death of BJP leader Sonali Phogat.
A senior police official said that the team of CBI officials arrived in the coastal state on Friday.
He said that the team would be visiting Anjuna police station and other spots related to the case in North Goa.
Goa Police have arrested five persons in connection with the death. While two are booked for murder, rest three are arrested under Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act.
Police official said that the CBI officials will be handed over all the documents related to the case.
