Panaji: GFP President Vijai Sardesai said that some Congress MLAs are still calling him to say that they are with him.
“Congress state president had said that they will topple the government and they don’t require Vijai Sardesai for it,” he recalled.
“Even now some congress MLAs called me to tell that we are with you. What does this mean?,” he said.
Congress, which is grand old party of India, is acting immature. The reason behind it is that those who can’t get elected even as municipal councilors have become president of the party in Goa,” he commented.
Sardesai said that Congress was taking negative stand for everything. “They are opposing every possible thing in goa. Congress has become a mini-AAP in Goa.
Congress needs to introspect as to why they could not form the government despite having majority in the government and why is that the leaders are quitting the party,” he said.
