Panaji: The State cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today granted further six months extension to the off shore casinos to continue its operation in River Mandovi.
The six months extension is from Octobet 1 to March 31, 2020.
” The council of Ministers resolved to grant extension of time limit to the off shore casino licenses for relocating their casinos from River Mandovi for a further period of six months or till an alternate feasible site is finalized by the government, whichever is earlier,” the minutes of the meeting read.
The last six month extension was granted from April 1 to September 30.
