Margao: Congress spokesman Siddhanath Buyao today took BJP leader Subhash Faldesai head on over his criticism on ‘Jana, Gana, Mana: Nomon Tuka Goenkara” tour.
Addressing a press conference in Margao, Buyao blasted former Sanguem MLA on his “stunt’ statement on the tour.
Buyao said Faldesai and his party should introspect how he and other bahujan leaders were defeated and stopped growing and defining that as stunt of BJP. “Stunt means ‘ prevent from growing or developing properly,” he commented.
“Some weeds produce chemicals that stunt the plant’s growth” and try and think who stopped your growth,” he said referring to Faldesai.
Buyao explained what is Jana gana mana and challenged ex-MLA to join them and listen what people have to say about this headless non functional government.
The Congress spokesman further lamented the need of going to Governor and said if the Karnataka governor was right in his decision than Goa governor is wrong and vice versa.
He said this government is non functioning and BJP don’t even have second rung leadership and party is using Manohar Parrikar by not relieving him only frightened of collapse of governmentt and given burden on Parrikar while he is sick.
Buyao alleged that BJP wants to name the new bridges as Nathuram Godse and veer savarkar bridges.
