St. Estevam: Goa Police on Monday began the search for missing Bhashudev Bhandari, who is feared to have drowned at St. Estevam ferry wharf a month ago.
Bhandari was traveling in a car with a girl, a student of the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) in Sankhalim, have not been found despite several days of search operations in the Mandovi River.
The family of Bhandari has been pressing for the search of their beloved son. The police commenced the search from St. Estevam with the assistance of the Indian Coast Guard, who are expected to dive deep to explore the possibility of finding his body. Drone surveillance has also been launched to aid in the search.
