Panaji: Poriem MLA Dr Deviya Rane told the House that the schools in Satttari are in bad shape.
She said that during the tenure of Manohar Parrikar as the chief minister, he had taken up the work of refurbishing the schools by providing all the necessary amenities.
“This was taken on a mass scale, after that we never saw such refurbishment.
We have so many schools in Sattari area which are in a bad condition. Some does not have roof, walls are crumbling, there are no bathrooms. There are no teachers and students don’t have proper infrastructure.”
