Panaji : During the Covid 19 pandemic many earning family members have succumbed to death while in some cases the sole family member has succumbed to Covid,  leaving the family to deal with the loss of a loved one as well as the financial crunch which follows.

Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts, Verna (KCCA) is offering 20 such students a full scholarship to the Integrated Cruise Culinary Programmes. Individuals between 16 and 27 years, with Class 10 educational qualification and above are eligible to join the programme.
The college trains students for a specific job profile, which ensures that the student walks out of the institute ready to be employed in the position they have been trained for.
The programme offered by the college is spread over a year with six months of virtual or classroom training followed by six months of industrial experience. Kamaxi’s cruise partners include Virgin Voyages, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Oceania Cruises, Viking Cruises, Marella Line and Cordelia Cruises.
