Dona Paula: Former Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik was sworn in as the Governor of Goa on Sunday.
Chief Justice of Bombay High Court Justice Pradeep Nandrajog administered the oath of office to Malik as Governor of Goa at Raj Bhavan on Sunday.
Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant was amongst the dignitaries present for the swearing in ceremony.
Malik, 73, was appointed Governor of Goa, by President Ram Nath Kovind on October 25, 2019.
He will replace Mridula Sinha who was Governor of the coastal state from August 2014 till date.
