Panaji: Goa Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee President Pratima Coutinho on Monday claimed that she is ready to provide all assistance to alleged rape survivor in Babush Monserratte case.
Coutinho told mediapersons in Panaji on Monday that her unit is ready to help the woman, if she comes for the help. She said that they will provide all help and support to the victim.
Coutinho also claimed that Monserratte was innocent and was framed in the case. She also questioned BJP’s action of raising the issue in the run up for election, when they had maintained silence all this while on it.
